Trade union

Union Form Filler

Prints public servants' trade union EK 1 (membership) and EK 3 (resignation from membership) forms into the boxes of the pre-printed form supplied by the printer, with the member's details entered only once.

Each letter in its own box; checks for Turkish ID number and dates
Union and institution details are saved once
Multiple copies, millimetre-level alignment adjustment, test print
Saved members and Excel list; data stays only in the browser
Macro-enabled Excel version: fill in and print in Excel instead of the browser

Data principle

Your data stays with you.

The apps keep each user's data only in that user's own browser. App data is never sent to a server; no analytics or cookies are used. If browser data is cleared, the records are deleted too, so downloading a backup file is recommended.
